In 2001 AMG began its journey in the mind of Michael Wiener, who is now the President & CEO. Michael had a simple idea: a one-stop-shop for small to medium sized businesses in the Philadelphia region and its surrounding areas. AMG has developed into the most trusted name in credit card processing in the Philadelphia region. From credit card processing to gift card programs to ACH solutions, AMG has served as a one-stop-shop for its clients.

In 2004, AMG processed over $1.4 Billion for more than 2000 merchants. AMG is known as an Independent Sales Office or ISO. AMG maintains its relationships between agents and their offices. In the constantly changing market of money transactions, AMG prides itself on perfection. • AMG is a Member Service Provider (MSP) of BankcorpSouth Bank, one of the largest processing banks in the world.
• For back-end settlement of merchants’ daily and monthly transactions, and for chargeback and retrieval processing, AMG works with First Data Merchant Services (NYSE Symbol: FDC).
• AMG works with a number of front-end authorization networks including FDC, FDCO, FDC North, Visanet / Vital, and Paymentech.
• For Internet merchant accounts, we work with an Internet gateway provider, Authorize.net.
• For wireless merchants, we work with the leading wireless service providers including Cingular (RAM network) and US Wireless Data (CDPD and Motient networks).
